Project Completed Fall 2009 – Overlooks Muscongus Bay with Monhegan Island silhouetted in the distance.

Field Stone wall acts as a boundary for the front part of the property.

The openness of the main house was enhanced with full cathedral ceilings from front to back with the addition of structural beam-work over the kitchen. This feature gave us a surface to hang the main lighting for the kitchen and Island areas.

This is a project we completed this past winter. It is a two car garage with a workshop above. There is a elevated walkway that connects the new structure to the existing house. The building was ballooned framed with deeper then usual TJI’s floor joists to allow for a column free first floor. All the exterior trim and siding is knotty cedar.
